From Usability to ‘User-Experience’
Philips DirectLife was one of the first times I was confronted with something that was a product, a services, website and a software. Usability is already (complex) with many components, but its just the beginning – the next question is: do people like to do it? Can they really learn from it and pursue a healthier lifestyle? Or, are there perhaps much easier and more fun ways to get up and moving? Still, this project brought me back to my interest in usability. I’m a member of the German UPA
