How can we learn from people’s purchasing experience?
Many insights can be gained from not only looking at the product or the service itself, but at the entire purchasing process.
The purchasing experience, not just the product, is something that can also be designed. Expectations, ideas, competition,
purchasing advice, packaging and the unpacking-experience all form the perception of a brand.
